i am looking for good games for the wii but am not interested in guitar hero or rock band. i like sports games, hunting, fishing, and shoot em’ up games. got any suggestions?

I’ve always considered “sport fishing” as catch and release.
Catch and eat is yelling at the old man to hurry up because we’re hungry.
Catch and hang above the mantle is only for very special times. Like . . . The first fish you ever caught. The HUGE swordfish that you spend 5 hours trying to haul in. That sort of stuff.

Do you think gaming is a real sport?
I am not a gamer before you people assume so over my master cheif photo.I used to play video games but not anymore.Now do you think gaming is a sport?I think it is and heres why.Golf,Racing,bowling,poker, and fishing all take little physical prowess and they are considered sports and gaming is not?Golf takes hand eye coordination,concentration, and muscle control, and it is still considered a sport.Racing takes reflexes,muscle control,decision making, and concentration, and it is still considered a sport.Bowling takes hand eye coordination and muscle control, and it is still considered a sport.Poker takes no skill whatsoever you just can’t show emotion (i know i have played it before very easy game).Fishing is almost as easy as poker you just have to slap on some bait and fish, yet it is still considered a sport.Shooting takes hand eye coordination and muscle control and it’s considered a sport also.Gaming takes reflexes,hand eye coordination, and teamwork but yet it can’t be considered a sport?I realize racing,shooting, and golf takes more skill than gaming (i tried them before).I think bowling takes around the same skill (i played it before and i got an 116 the first time no joke).And gaming takes more skill than poker and fishing and it isn’t considered a sport why is that?P.S i fish frequently.

I don’t mean to offend you or anything but sport means:
an active diversion requiring physical exertion and competition.
When your gaming your sitting on your couch watching TV… I play video games too but they are not sports. Gaming doesn’t take hand eye coordination so long as you know where the buttons/sticks are.
The others I can understand but as for fishing and POKER?! POKER wtf!!
NO WAY in HELL is poker a sport!
Some people may call poker a sport, but just because its a sport does not make them athletes.

Is it legal to use sport/game fish as bait in West Virginia?
Basically, I like to use bluegill as bait for catfish, but bluegill are defined as a game/sport fish under the WV fishing regulations. Is it legal to use sportfish such as bluegill for bait?

The info from www.takemefishing.org should help you out. Here is a link to the WV 2008 fishing regulations, and from what I can see you are okay with using bluegill to catch cats.
I have friends that do the same thing up/ over here in IN. Just be sure to catch and release, if you aren’t going to eat it. In that case it looks like a daily creel limit of 2 cats.

What are some of the recent ones that are pretty good for casual gamers?
I like mostly sport type games like fishing, snowboarding or Sim’s game I was thinking about Animal Crossing but that looks stupid. Also I like action and shooter games too.
